My son Riley loves coming to ZEN! It has prepared him for soccer and street hockey seasons. He has seen amazing results. He enjoys the scientific studies on his training. Reese, his trainer has been a integral part of his success. We are looking forward in coming back in the future. Thank you Zen & Reese!!!
ZenSport has personable trainers with extensive knowledge of athletic training. The facilities and equipment are up-to-date and always improving. Carefully designed and personalized workouts yield recognizable progress in speed, strength, and many other aspects of athletic training. An amazing place to consistently train.
My daughter started training with a friend a few weeks ago, working on agility, speed, strength and ways to avoid injury while she plays her primary sports. She has a blast-ZenSport makes it competitive (which any athlete loves) but also useful. I look forward to seeing her improve!
My son has gotten much more flexible and faster since working with the professionals at Zen. I would highly recommend Zen for any young athlete that wants to get faster, stronger, or quicker. This is all done with the idea of keeping the athlete healthy... with a huge focus on injury prevention. I wish I had something like this when I was a young athlete.
Zen Sport is absolutely the best in the business. Duarte and staff are first class trainers in the area of Sports Performance. As the coach of many soccer players who have gone on to play at high levels in college soccer, Zen is the only place I will send my athletes. Regardless of the sport you play, Duarte and his staff will focus on the skills and strength training to help your athlete excel. While they address all major muscle groups, they also specialize in identifying the smaller muscle groups that need to be addressed to be certain that your athlete is resilient and injury free. Simply put, all of my athletes go to Zen. My 10 year old players, all the way up to my college age players when home for break. I even send my own kids to Zen, my son as he prepares to leave high school and play college soccer and my daughter who is in her return to play protocol for an ACL tear. At Zen you will get personalized attention from trainers who legitimately care about making your child better. Check them out - you will not be sorry you did.
