I went to see Tai for several weeks of acupuncture sessions following a hospitalization for a severe Divirticulitus infection. Her treatments combined with proper diet and mild exercise were crucial in helping me recover and avoid surgery. She was always very kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I started seeing Tai for migraine headaches and overall wellness about two years ago. I have suffered from migraines since I was a teenager and I can truly say that this is the first treatment I have tried that has given me some relief. Tai is unique because she is 100% vested in each client and each visit is tailored to what you are coping with at that moment. Doctors and other therapists tend to lump all migraine sufferers into one group and my acupuncture with Tai is the first uniquely personal treatment I’ve encountered. I am so sad that she’s moving but I’m thrilled for her and the new community of people she will be able to help. I will definitely continue with the supplements she’s suggested for me. She has also provided so much information and guidance in the use of supplements which can be confusing at times. I also plan on making a few trips to Raleigh to enjoy the area and see Tai for treatment!!

I’m so happy to have found Zen Place Wellness. I developed shingles over the July 4th weekend. The nerve pain was excruciating BUT Taissa saved the day! The acupuncture treatments worked and I had relief with the very first session. With each session the pain subsided and today the nerve pain is gone!!!

I have multiple health issues due to having Lyme disease for the last 15 years of my life. I found acupuncture about 3 years ago, which has helped me maintain a better quality of life. When I moved to the KOP area, I was concerned that I would not find an effective acupuncturists that would help me maintain that quality of life I was used to. Fortunately, I found Tai.

Tai is not only educated in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine but she also knows how the human body functions and the interconnections. She understands that “X” symptom is probably caused by “Y” issue and she tends to always be right because I always feel immediate results. In additions to her knowledge, she is a wonderful person who sincerely cares for her patients. She takes her time to understand all the issues and the big picture. She gives you suggestions on things you can do outside of her sessions and she has an excellent bed side manner.
