Yoga At Play (Yoga@Play)

Sadly, my son was sick on the day of his party, so we had to cancel. However, working with Ofrit was easy from the start. She was flexible and wanted to make everything personalized for my son. Even after we had to cancel, she went above and beyond to make my son feel special. We know Yoga@Play from his school, and would recommend them for a party.

I am a teacher for ages between around 3-8 years old. I took this yoga course around three months ago in hopes of finding new tools and resources to incorporate into my everyday classroom. I am SO glad I did! The experience of the course itself was fun and engaging. It was personalized and welcoming. Ofrit supplies a book with all the information taught in the course and it is an excellent resource to refer back to. I had fun playing the games and completing projects. I have taken different parts of what I was taught and applied them in supplemental ways into my everyday classroom routine with great success. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in learning about kids yoga and mindfulness.

Yoga@Play Teacher Training was a transformative experience and Ofrit provided a wealth of information. I highly recommend attending a training if you are interested in learning to teach yoga to children. Her mentoring post training has been a valuable and wonderful experience.
