I cant say enough good things about Ryan and everyone at xathletics. Just amazingly supporitive, always ready to modify for your skill leave. I started at almost 300 pounds and i was pushed and provided with the trainging i needed to do all moves safely and properly and again he was always willing to modify a move to your love. Prior to being a member of this awesome community of well-managed and like-minded individuals, I was the run-of-the-mill Lonewolf gym guy. I put together my own routines and for the most part diligently stuff today. However, there were many times (as some may know ) when going to the gym was tedious and the facility was crowded or equipment was missed placed/broken which ultimately led me to miss training days. After much convincing from my wife to go to XAthletics, I caved in and gave it a shot. My experience was so enjoyable and challenging that I wanted to come back for more. Needless to say, I absolutely love and enjoy XAthletics CrossFit Northwood. I was in good shape before my first class but have since seen a total transformation of my appearance, strength, speed and overall wellness!! The owner/lead coach Ryan is extremely knowledgeable with all working movements and is amazing at conveying important information and instructions to all levels of athletes. I was looking to improve my fitness aspect of my health journey 2 1/2 years ago and a friend told me about this box/gym. From the day I walked in I have absolutely loved it. Love the fact that it is smaller and that we all feel like a family/community. Everyone encourages each other. Ryan has been nothing but supportive and knows my strengths and weaknesses. He is very encouraging and pushes you when you need it. Love this place!!! My home away from home...

I’ve been going for about a year and half now. Love the people there. Ryan the head Coach is very observant and accommodating to your needs and your skill level. My life and body have taken a drastic change toward a much healthier lifestyle. The community here is phenomenal.

Crossfit Northood is like a home away from home, where you feel very welcomed and comfortable.

Ryan’s coaching will help you grow physically and mentally. He’s always watching you from the corner to correct and help you with the movements. He will always listen to you and adapt a workout to fit you needs. This place is worth investing in, in order to invest in yourself.
