When you buy a home you need courage, it's just one of the many prerequisites for purchasing, however working with Christine Hadwen made it a little less nerve reckon. She kept me in the loop so I did not have to constantly think about what is going on or thinking about what is the next steps. Her expertise is something you need in this process. The day of purchase was very nerve reckon but sitting in her office and listening to her explain and give tips made me feel like she was truly on my side. I highly recommend Christine Hadwen.

As a Realtor, there is not enough that I can say about this World Wide Land Transfer (WWLT). Before I zero in on specific people within this company, I just want to highlight the team as a whole. The way they work together to iron out the most complex matters is unparalleled. It's like they actual *like* the challenges and they embrace them with an enthusiasm that gives you a peace of mind, freeing you to focus on the other layers of keeping a complicated deal together.

If you're lucky enough to be in the hands of Chuck Nowicki and Jon Love, consider it done. Whatever *it* might be... It's done. If you don't get assigned to them, ask if you can be and tell them I sent you. You won't be disappointed.

Now - to the woman I owe my last string of sanity to... (full disclosure - before my dealings with her on my last deal I never worked with her before, so this isn't a biased post - just giving credit where credit is due) Stefanie Weilgus. I'll spare the details of my crazy deal on this review post, but I just made it out alive from a 7 month Murphy's Law type deal. You name it, it happened. The buyer's title company quit on us a couple month's in, and WWLT took us in and worked through the obstacles the former title company couldn't get past. Stefanie showed resilience, professionalism (even when there were PLENTY times to tell all parties at different times off), and was still somehow ALWAYS pleasant to interact with. She knew my files forwards and back (sidebar: you know when you call title and you literally hear the person pulling your file up to refresh themselves with who you are and where everything stands? Not that that is a bad thing, but you realize that the universe doesn't revolve around your deal?? Not with Stefanie.). She worked nights and weekends, keeping a tight grip on all the moving parts, and literally corralled the most unfocused/inept of lenders, clerks, and buyer partners to bring the deal to the table. Without her I would have walked from the deal 10x over, but her being on top of it always affirmed me that the deal wasn't dead, it could be done, and to hang in there.

(To the powers that be reading this - do NOT let her go.)

I'd give this company and the people therein 10 stars if I could. I know we as professionals get tied to networks, people that we've always used - I know. I get it. But if you just read this whole review because you're shopping around for a new title company, this is your sign. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

World Wide Land Transfer handled the sale for one of my listings in July of 2021. They were tasked with holding money in escrow until certain repairs were completed on the property post settlement. Due to Covid 19 and other unforeseen complications, it took over one year for that work to be completed. During that entire time, their employees, especially Lisabeth, were extremely helpful and patient and played a big part in resolving the situation to the satisfaction of both buyer and seller.
