Greatly experienced staff, truly care to help solve any problems you have, I highly recommend this bank. Edie was very helpful and a great example of how a branch manager should be. Extremely satisfied with my experience.

I had a dispute and it got taken care of the same day,anyone that has ever had this problem knows it can take up to 10 business days. Also Edwin and Lindsay are always helpful. A++ FOR the Telford branch I've been a customer for 10 years and I'll be one for 10 more
