Rapid response when I notified regarding evidence of mice. Notified at noon yesterday; treatment done today at 8:00 AM. Wonderful Service. Johnny is a very pleasant and knowledgeable tech. I have full confidence in him.

My technician is great. Always on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me get rid of mice and I never see a bug in my house. He’ll come when I call and I never wait long. Definitely worth it to me to have a contract and no bugs or mice!

Pleasant experience. I made the call because of a mouse problem.
The appointment given was pretty quick. It was a 2 step process, first an inspector came and did an inspection which was followed by a service Technician visit who sealed some holes outside of our home to prevent rodents from entering our home.
He also set some bated traps before leaving.
So far, 2 mice have been caught and we are no longer seeing mice in our home.
Within a week, we received a follow-up call from Terminix to see how things were going and if we are satisfied.
We are satisfied.
