Wholistics - Fitness and Wellness for Women

Great community of women, great instructors. I joined here to get back into working out. I love that you have to register for classes, keeps you accountable to yourself and gives you something to look forward to each day!

I joined in 2019 a few months before the Covid pandemic and the instructors and nutritionist helped me to stay on track and reach my goals! I continue to go their because of their amazing support and the amazing community of women! The women have always been encouraging and so helpful especially when I don't get all the instructions at 5:45 in the morning! I love my Wholistic community!

I signed up for the class through my ClassPass app. Afterward, I could not find them on the ClassPass app again, so I’m guessing they were added to the app by mistake or without their approval.

I had fun and it was a great experience! Everything was clean and the teacher offered modifications for everything, if they were needed. I’m not quite local so I didn’t sign up for any sort of package or membership.

I have been lost trying to find the right gym that felt good to me and my searching stopped at Wholistics. The studio is clean and the other members are super nice and fun to workout with. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive of you on your fitness journey. I’m extremely happy at Wholistics and know I found my forever gyn home.

This place is great!! Amy is a fantastic personal trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and personable. She can modify any exercise to accommodate your abilities/comfort level. The facility is clean and has any equipment you could need.
