Wheelies Bicycles Sales and Service

This was my first experience with Wheelies. I found them online. The shop was surprisingly well stocked and had an extensive repair department. They diagnosed the problem with my bike’s brakes quickly gave me an estimate and completed the work on time as promised. The repair was expertly done. I will go there again for repairs and perhaps my next bike.

I experienced a problem with my brand-new E-bike and found Wheelies listed in the brand's service network. Larry gave exceptional customer service video calling me at home to help me try the repair at home, then advising he would need to repair it in the shop, no appointment needed. I had a fantastic service visit the following day where Larry greeted me with a huge smile, remembered the problem, and expertly repaired it while I waited. In addition he took the time to fix/adjust a few additional problems he saw and gave me an overview of the e-bike and a lesson on riding it (in the large, convenient, spacious parking lot out front). I did note the store is large and well-stocked with many bikes and ample gear, safety and bicycle tools. This is the best experience I have ever had at a bike shop, and even though this is not close to my house, I will be driving to Wheelies for all my bicycle servicing in the future.

The owner Larry has a real passion for bicycles and cycling . He and his staff are friendly and welcoming , just purchased my second bicycle from Larry's shop and will only go there for any future cycling needs. I would absolutely recommend wheelies . My only regret is I can't give more then 5 stars!

Went and looked at a bike for the wife Wednesday. Found one that would suit what we were looking for. It was ready the next day. Tuned up and fitted for her. Quick professional service. Would recommend this shop.

Great service. Found a bike for my daughter. She was sized up to make sure it was a good fit for her. Found a bike for myself and it was put together and ready for pickup the next day. I appreciate the time that was taken to ensure we had everything we needed and were purchasing the bikes that were right for us.
