Westgate Hills Rehabilitation & Nursing Center

My mother has been there for a few months before she left and the food was good. The residents seem pleased with the taste of the food. The Kitchen and staff have been amazing and activities have been great as well.

This is my elderly cousin's second stay at Westgate Hills. As with her first visit, the staff is terrific. Everyone I encountered -- and that was about a half dozen people -- was friendly, helpful, and kind. Also, the place is clean and doesn't have that "nursing home" smell.

Excellent care, Ms. Kane’s team truly cares about their patients, your loved one will be safe and will make progress. The facility needs upgrading but, I’ll take patient care over paint any day. Food is mediocre, but no one will go hungry or malnourished. Encourage visitors to bring snacks or food as allowed.

While this place might seem a bit rundown, it needs a paint job, I would not hesitate to place a loved one here. The entire staff at this facility is the most caring, professional, and pleasant people. I've seen them with my mother and other patients and they are so good with them. They maybe a bit short staffed right now, but they are still attentive to the patients needs. I really want to give cudos to all, but I feel I must give special mention to a few of the caregivers; specifically Pam and Laverne. These two women have been so gracious and respectful with my mother and other patients that I feel they deserve special mention. But again, the entire staff here deserves 5 stars.
