Our well pump went out at around 7pm. We called and the service was very professional taking all our info. She told us they would come first thing in the morning and that the technicians would call at 7am to tell us when they were coming. They called at 7am as promised and arrived 20 minutes later. They were professional, neat and efficient, and explained everything in detail. They answered all our questions about our options. By 10:30 AM we had a new pump and tank installed and our water supply back in service. Amazing Service. The cost seemed very reasonable as well. We would highly recommend this company!!! Five stars!!
New Home Owner, been in the house for 13 months. Called at 7:30am on Sunday. A guy at central picked up, got the info of the issue and was as honest as he could be with the info I was able to provide. Service team showed up within 40 minutes, diagnosed a shot pump and were able to replace the pump in less than 40 minutes at a price that was 'about right' according to several friends that I have spoken to already. Even if I paid a little more than I should have, I would do it again for Sunday morning service that went quickly. I'll call on them again if I have a problem with my pump.
I called Hess late on a Friday night. I was out of water and out of options. I will be honest to admit i had never heard of him. However, a quick Google search turned up Hess. I have to admit i was a bit weary not using my normal well guy, but they had good reviews. My experience was more than professional. My call was returned in a timely fashion. They were able to schedule me in right away. They were professional, courteous, clean, and organized. I needed a new pump installed. Their whole service was was amazing. Everything down to the tool box was organized. All the boxes for the parts they were installing were even in perfect condition! All in all i give them two thumbs up and Hess is now MY well guy. How likely am I to recommend? 100%- To everyone I know that has a well!
I took the day off from work so i could watch the contractor from start to finish. The Hess workers not only fixed the problem I called for, they fixed two leak problems I have been tolerating for two years! They were very professional, neat, clean, prompt, and fairly priced. I was VERY happy and have allowed them to place a sign in my front yard for two weeks.
