(March 3, 2020, 4:07 pm)White glove service. Moved a brand new baby grand with Piano Box Disc, speakers, etc. 700 lbs, 8000 moving parts up 17 steps. Amazing. They call post sale to make sure we are happy and we are over the top enjoying our baby grand that we can play and plays by itself. Best investment ever.
