A greeting as you enter is a big deal! An offer of help is always welcome. When your poison ivy is driving you crazy... and they have TECNU for a third of the price at a big box store. Duh! Then there is a 20% discount for card carriers. Nice. I will know where to go when I am in the area again and I can skip the search. Then there are the pictures I need to select that I want to get printed. Think the vibe in an establishment is a reason to take your business there. Works for me. The manager should also get some credit for making or just letting the place be welcoming.

I get my photos developed here each week several tiimes. They are ready in under 30 minutes everytime. Very cool. They are open until midnight. I also drop off my FedEx packages her. Very convenient.
