I cannot say enough good things about Vivid. My experience with Simone mainly focused on rebuilding core strength after my pregnancy and I am so proud of all that we were able to accomplish in 9 visits. I say "we" because even though I was the one doing exercises at each appt & at home, Simone was a partner to me from day one. She guided me, empowered me, and helped me reach my goals so much more efficiently than I ever thought possible. 9 visits and I can nearly do everything I was able to do pre-pregnancy, and best of all, I do things *correctly* *safely* and *with intention.* I finished my time with Vivid feeling SO much stronger physically but also more confident mentally & emotionally. HIGHLY recommend!

Pelvic floor therapy with Dr. Simone has helped me in more ways than I could imagine. I didn’t know I needed it as much as I did. It even helped me in ways that have nothing to do with the pelvic floor, but with wellness in general. I started seeing the ladies at Vivid two years after having my middle child, and have continued through my third pregnancy and postpartum experience. I can't say enough wonderful things about the amazing personalized care and atmosphere they have created in this practice. I had horrible sciatic pain on my left side due to a birth injury. Within a few visits the pain was almost gone, and I was given tools to continue to heal and support my pelvic floor. It is rare that you meet someone who actually changes your life for the better. Dr. Simone did just that for me. She evaluated my issues and taught me things about breathing, posture, and muscle strength and length. I followed all of her guidance and by the 4th visit, my symptoms had greatly improved.
