I started working with Erica about a month ago. I had/have no fitness knowledge and was never a member at a gym before. She's really kind and motivating and the fact that I cam in clueless was no problem at all!

I started with Nico before the pandemic lock downs and was really making great progress. Now I'm back with Nico to shed my covid pounds. He really keeps the workouts effective and intense without pressuring you. It's a constant interactive workout to hit my goals. I honestly wouldn't consider anyone else after working out here. New facility is immaculate as well.

I made the smart decision to going to Vitality Fit Co and having Nico as my personal trainer. He's a professional, pushes you to go past your limit, he has great workout routines that work the entire body and is a good cheerleader.

Before Erica I was lost when it came to my fitness journey. She continues to teach, encourage, & motivate me. She knows her stuff & makes the workout fun & tailored to your needs. Highly recommend!!
