I trust Dr. Heiken with the life of my pet Ghost more than I trust any person! My cat has had ongoing health issues for over 4 months and with frequent veterinary visits, even as a vet student and veterinary technician myself, my in-network could not get to the bottom of what was causing his problems. Within 5 minutes of evaluating my cat and his clinical signs, diagnostics, and history, Dr. Heiken pointed me to a likely diagnosis and started treating him immediately for her suspicion of what ended up being mycoplasma confirmed by a PCR test. If it were not for Dr. Heiken, my cat would not be improving at this time. She has also treated my dad’s dog, Dan, who has a history of being somewhat reactive towards strangers. He was completely at peace and cooperative under the care of Dr. Heiken. I have never recommended anyone so highly!

My dog had a chronic ear infection and after going to countless vets nothing worked. But, after visiting Dr. Heiken the infection went away. Dr. Heiken is so knowledgeable, personable, and reliable! I am so happy I brought my beast to see her. She is my go to vet!

Dr. Heiken gave me the clear instructions and confidence that I needed to give my dog a light sedative to get him on a flight. I’ve had a lot of stress around the situation and Dr. Heiken took her time answering my questions and telling me about different scenarios in which she’s issued this medication. I’m so happy that she took the time to speak to me, I gave my dog the meds last night and this morning and I’m so happy to see he’s doing great and I feel ready for our flight!

Excellent service at a fair cost. The place is extremely clean and answered my questions clearly. The doctor was very gentle with my dog Cash; she seemed very competent. I will go again.
