Very attentive staff who kept me informed throughout my dog’s appt and treatment in the clinic’s back treatment area while I waited in exam room

I was there for my pup to get her renewed vaccinations. The Tech was amazing. She came out to the waiting room and asked me if I had any questions or concerns about my pup at this time, luckily my pup was doing great. She took my pup back, gave her the vaccinations and had her back out to me with in 15 minutes (could have been longer but seemed super quick). By the time I had paid, blood tests were back and my pup was given all healthy across the board. I cannot say enough good things about this place. They are kind, professional and show compassion to each pup that comes in.

PLEASE HIRE ANOTHER RECEPTIONIST IN ADDITION TO THE ONE YOU HAVE! You have too much volume for one person to handle all that. This is the third time I’ve come in for an appointment and had to wait in line and wasn’t even checked in. It’s not her fault, it’s the company’s for not valuing customer experiences
