Fantastic place to learn Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Krav Maga and akido. Overall great for self defense. Awesome workouts, fun and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Valley forge training center has provided me with essential life saving skills. Being a woman, I encounter things my male counterparts rarely experience. For example, the other day I had a man pull over and confront me in his car. "I have been driving around looking at you and was curious if you are lost." I immediately underwent a conscious transformation. Before training I would have approach the car, but at this moment I embrace the mentality demonstrated at Valley Forge: check surroundings, confident response, and back away from the stranger. He look at me weird and caustiously inched away in his car. Valley Forge Training Center provided me with the tools to secure my safety. I did not know the stranger. What would have happened if I went to his car? I refuse to be another statistic and Valley Forge has given me the instruction needed so I never have to be.

This is a great place and some of the best people you will ever meet! The Krav Maga program is amazing with some incredible brown and black belt instructors! There are women's only classes and seminars available which are taught by an amazing woman who happens to be one of the brown belt instructors! The aikido classes are not only taught by black belts but have many black belts as students! Whether it is self defense you are looking for or a fitness activity very different from going to a gym, this place should be on your radar!
