We want to thank Kathy and her staff at First Class Travel for helping us plan our 10-day vacation to Southern Italy. I’m a very nervous traveler with almost no experience traveling outside the US, so my anxiety level going into planning the trip was very high. Kathy calmed all my fears. She is very patient and very organized. Her first step was to set up a call with me and my wife to discuss our ideas and expectations for the trip. She provided a number of options within our budget and helped us build the perfect trip. Kathy and her staff were in regular contact with us to make sure all our travel documentation was in order. She helped us with flights, transportation, accommodations, and excursions. We really wanted a unique experience, so Kathy helped us find a cooking class in Sorrento. They worked really hard to make sure everything was in order so we we had nothing left to do but enjoy our trip. Her staff reached out while we were away to check in on us.
