Unique aid has made the home health aid process super easy for me and my family. The staff are easy to work with and always very polite. They are attentive and receptive. They have quarterly training to ensure staff are knowledgeable. If you are looking for a job in health care or are looking for help taking care of a family member, I recommend reaching out.

The best people work there. My Mom is 95 and many years stay under Unique Aid care. Her caregiver Lola, who works for Mom more than 10 years, is very kind, respectful and hardworking person.
Few times I spoke with manager Marina Maximova about different aspects of care. It was amazing easy to reach manager and find the best solutions in any situations.

I really love the support!! Would definitely recommend this service again. We've been with this company for about 11 years. Unique aid is a well trusted service. They've helped my son who has efficiency of Parkinson, speech delay, and an eating disorder. They've showed proper care helping my son when he was severely ill back around 2011. He couldn't talk to others when he had severe OCD back then along with multiple conditions. The service Unique Aid gave helped my son so much with his body posture and speaking skills. I wouldn't be able to help my son without you guys. The team is really special! The aid is always supportive and on time with her tasks. Thanks for being supportive!
