I purchased clarinet for my son few months back, excellent customer service! He recently dropped his instrument and needed repair. Their service was superb! So fast that he had it fixed the day before thanksgiving and actually sent it back to me right after thanksgiving! Awesome experience!

Recently purchased a pair of Reve’s through Vienna Music. I love the instruments, their scale is fantastically even and the intonation pattern is far better for me than my previous instruments.

Their customer service is also fantastic. As a repair technician myself, I immediately began adjusting spring tensions to my own personal tastes, and discovered a screw that was stuck in a post. They offered to repair the issue for free, but since I was preparing for an audition, I suggested they send me a replacement post. They happily agreed, and sent a new post assembly promptly. I installed it, and everything fit perfectly.

The Uebel clarinets are a revelation after literally 51 years of playing Buffet. I needed a plateau model clarinet after losing sensation in my first 2 fingers due to RA and nerve damage from a severe case of carpal tunnel. I had been missing the rings and was desperate for a high quality solution to my Buffet Festival. I loved the quality and sound of the Plateau Superior. I like the feeling and response of the instrument even over the Zenit's that I tried (don't get me wrong - the Zenit is a wonderful top-of-the-line clarinet, but it didn't come with plateau keys and for me and my set-up the Superior was, well, superior). I also chose a Romanza A clarinet that is both lovely to hear and a joy to play, since I wanted to have a set of Uebel and no A clarinet to date is available with plateau keys.

Every Uebel clarinet I tried has beautiful unstained wood with gorgeous grain and to my eye the best keywork of any brand of clarinet currently produced.

Gi Lee is a great guy and an incredible clarinetist and teacher. He spent hours helping me decide without a hint of pressure and while talking shop during the process. A gentleman and a delight to work with. You will be hard-pressed to find a repair technician better than Larry Frank, who set up both instruments to my exact needs. After set-up Frank Woodwinds guarantees the workmanship and the instruments for 2 years as well.
