True Skin Laser Spa

I legit cannot say enough good things about True Skin. I've been a client for years. They are the nicest group of ladies. Every treatment I've had I've loved, and at a fraction of the cost of some other local medspas. They are always so quick to ask the next day how you're feeling and if you're liking results. They are a no pressure spa also - you don't feel obligated to purchase. They're very flexible with appointments and have wonderful customer service! If you're looking for any treatments that they offer, there's no point in looking anywhere else! They're the best!

Derek at the front desk was easily the most helpful, pleasant person I have ever encountered at a hotel. My girlfriend and I stayed there a few months ago and every so often one of us remembers, "Hey, we still need to write a review for Derek!" because he put us in such a good mood and we thought maybe writing a five star Derek review would help him get a promotion or a raise because he definitely should be making more money than middle management!

Jacquee is the best at what she does. The amount of knowledge and expertise she shares is hard to find. She has transformed my skin with her care and recommendations. I have seen amazing results for my melasma with fractional re-surfacing. Jacquee is so genuinely caring and personable, but also professional and highly skilled. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at True Laser Spa. I highly recommend!

I don't understand a bad review at all. Immaculately clean everywhere. Comfy beds. The deal with Park/Fly = phenomenal. Great staff at the little Bar Restaurant and also nice fellow at check in. His job was hard handling everything by himself yet still pleasant!

Well first thing that happened is after I checked in, I went into my room and it was a mess. Bed not made, garbage in the cans, towels on the floor. Staff was very accommodating and changed my room, however I left my charging cord in my old room. When I got back in, it was gone. I asked the people on the floor who JUST went in to clean the room and they said they didn't see anything. I call bs. Anyway, the rooms could use an update but they were ok. The location is great as it's about 5 minutes or less from the airport. Overall it wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. Also they charge about $23/day for parking which I didn't see anywhere when I booked it. Breakfast was fine and dinner was ok too. Overall is give it 3.5 stars out of 5.

Love the services and even more the women who own it! They value every person who comes through the door and spend time talking about your goals and what they can do for you. They send me progress pictures and keep in touch between visits. I’ve had multiple treatments so far including teeth whitening, lasers and most recently hair removal- which has been life changing. It’s been a wonderful experience with every treatment and I’ve seen results with all of them. Plus as a bonus their prices are always better than the competition/franchise med spas by a ridiculous amount. Better service, better prices, better staff- you need to get here. Highly recommended!!

The True Skin staff are so kind and do an excellent job helping me feel comfortable while answering all of my questions. I have worked with Jacquelyne for a few yrs now doing laser treatments. I am so glad I made the decision to go forward with laser hair removal and work with True Skin Laser Spa for this process. It’s wonderful working with a small business that offers the personal connections while tailoring each session to the individual.

I really like this place. The customer service is great. You can tell they really value their customers. The staff is very professional and personable. I’ve gotten two teeth whitening treatments here about a year apart. The session is about 20 mins. I didn’t experience any discomfort during or after treatment. The results looked natural about 2-3 shades whiter. I plan to continue touching up every year. Would recommend.
