Wonderful customer service! True Blue did an amazing job on replacing my windshield. They were professional throughout the entire process and made a stressful situation very seamless! My rear drivers side window got broken last week. And I was researching and found True Blue Auto Glass. They got back to me the next day and they came the following day to fix my window. They quoted me a certain amount and they stick to it. Jay came from True Blue Auto Glass to my work and fixed my window. He was incredibly professional and was so nice. Let me start by saying this company from speaking with the rep about scheduling an appointment, to doing my quote to the installation shown great customer service, and urgency for replacing my windshield. Jay, the technician from this company is amazing! He did the installation so quick and He was super friendly. I will definitely keep this company as a go to, if for any of my future installations.

Scott was very accommodating when setting up my appointment. My workplace has an overcrowded parking lot and I was worried about the service tech finding space to work. Scott assured me that Adam, my service tech, would be in at the early end of their scheduled window. Scott and Adam delivered.

Adam arrived promptly, found space to work in a busy parking lot and made this a quick and painless process. He was very friendly and professional, the glass looks great and I was asked to pay after the service was complete, my total was arranged up front (excluding sales tax) and there were no hidden fees after the fact. 5 stars all around, I would reccomend them to anyone.
