Me and my family decided that we wanted to book a cruise later this year as a quick vacation getaway. This would be our second cruise excursion but the first time that we make a reservation through travelmax. I started out my journey like most - shopping around online trying to find the best competitive prices but I knew deep down that I wasn’t getting the best deal. As it turns out, I was at Whole Foods one day when I stumbled upon one of your charming and delightful employee’s. Her name is Carla & she overhead my conversation of how I was struggling to book the perfect cruise for me and my family. Without hesitation she gave me her business card and the rest is well, history. I called into the office and she had me set up in no time price checking for the best offers. To my surprise the whole quoting process took no more than 20 minutes & I was ecstatic to see how much money I was saving!! I will definitely recommend Travelmax to all my friends and family. Not only that, but I look forward to working again with Carla for years to come! She’s the best! 😊

Jorge has been our travel agente helping us in our international travels for more then 15 years and not only me but my parents and siblings as well. Great travel agency & fantastic staff! I've booked several trips with Travelmax and they've always done a great job. Very knowledgeable and attentive staff. I've worked with Jorge several times, and he's always a pleasure. They take care of everything: flights, transportation, hotels, insurance, tours, etc., and they're very accommodating.

Booking your trip online sounds convenient, but when something goes wrong, I feel so much better if I'm able to talk to a real person, especially if they're local. I feel great knowing that if I ever have an issue with a trip booked with Travelmax, I'm able to not just call them and talk to any of their great agents, but also walk into their beautiful office and sit down with them.
