People will be people, aside from the human aspect I have to give this service a 5. You generally get a 30 minute window so plan to be early and you shouldn't have a problem. Listen to your drivers instructions and as drivers have the right to play music that suites them, bring headphones . Again awesome service
I actually clean the transit unit buses here at Tri-County Transit the people excellent people that I work for shout out to Jim and Tina keeps this building and All buses out here on the road. And I'll make sure they clean every week.
As someone with many medical appointments both locally and out-of-town & brand-new to the transport business, I was in for a most pleasant surprise, beginning with my reservation calls to the office right through to the drivers. Helpful, kind, courteous, keeping me safe; I cannot say enough about the wonderful entire staff; & yes, that includes you, Maria Church & Danielle Wiley. As for Karena, let's just say she is the star on top of the Christmas tree. Long may she shine! My thanks to you, Transnet, one and all.
The drivers are usually on time and they are very pleasant and professional. The office is very polite and because I can't talk well due to mouth cancer they are very pleasant and patient with me. Sometimes they are late and I feel that they take the long way because they say that the company does not want them to take the turnpike when we go to Philadelphia. Other than that I give them 4 stars.
