    Kristin is passionate and dedicated to the world of fitness and nutrition. Most importantly, her clients can feel that enthusiasm! I feel very comfortable in Kristin’s presence and know that I’m getting a full body workout from someone who cares about my well-being. I always leave feeling accomplished and stronger!

    As someone who was very active 25 years ago and has done almost nothing since - I have found my sessions with Kristin to be absolutely life changing. I’ve been working with her for 2 months and I’ve already made significant progress. I feel much younger, and have more strength and energy than I have had in a VERY long time. Her sessions are challenging without leaving you feeling defeated. She’s incredibly sensitive, but makes her expectations clear. Beginning this program has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I highly recommend!!

    Great personal trainer! I have had a couple different trainers and Kristin is one of the best. I started training with Kristin this past March and can already see and feel a difference. She makes me want to work out more.
    Her work outs are always well thought out and different week to week. She not only demonstrates the moves but also explains what they are doing.
    I definitely recommend Kristin for anyone looking to up their work out game or starting fresh!

    I have been working with Kristin for about five years now. Workouts are interesting, never boring. She mixes it up all the time which I really appreciate. Her steady guidance and encouragement has inspired me to run two 5Ks and an open water swim. I would have never imagined that this was possible until I started working out with her.

    I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She is truly an excellent trainer.

    Kristin is a fantastic personal trainer. She has been providing me with weekly customized, challenging, effective workouts for the past 18-months. Each workout session is different so I never get bored. And Kristin targets the exercises to my overall health and fitness goals. I recommend her to anyone interested in taking their fitness to the next level.
