Unfortunately I had a lesson learned driving experience when I became distracted while driving. I went to Classic motor because I was familiar with them. But got a shocker quote that made me look else where. I researched and found Total Performance! I decided to go with them because they seem honest, caring and it’s wasn’t about taking my money. I must say that their job was fantastic! Although it took longer than expected. I was informed of every change. It cost me more in the end than what they quoted, but that’s was due to them showing me additional damage unknown until you take the car apart. I will recommend them to anyone because I was quite please with the service and they even cleaned my car inside. Thanks so much for your service.

Took our car here after some damage parking. Chris and Lisa were both very helpful and informative. They talked through the options and costs for each. They were able to remove the transfer paint and touch up the scratches. The car looks great! Highly recommend!

Lisa and Chris care deeply about the quality of their work and the satisfaction of their clients. Going "above-and-beyond" is almost an understatement. In my view, they exceed expectations in every way possible. They provide step-by-step details of the estimation process and best-possible scenario options as to what suits their customers' bottom-line interests. I highly recommend Total Performance Automotive. My car repair was a very complicated situation, but the team advocated for me and ensured that my car was returned to me only when it had been properly repaired to manufacturer standards and was safe for me and my family. This required them to repeatedly deal with numerous parties, including the local dealership, insurance company, and auto supply companies, and to utilize their industry resources and contacts at the car manufacturer. Throughout the process they communicated with me frequently, explaining the issues in a way that I could understand, and I always knew the status of my repair. Lisa, Chris and Blaze were so wonderful to work with and I feel very fortunate to have selected them to fix my car after it was in an accident!

So let me start this off by saying that the only reason I chose this repair shop was due to a review saying they had friendly dogs. I'm new to the area so I wasn't really privy to what shops were good and weren't, but I love dogs, so I figured why not. I am so glad I made that choice!

I initially brought my car to them after filing a claim with my insurance to get a repair on a hit and run. I have a 2015 BRZ, which is my baby, so I was worried it wasn't going to be fixed properly.

After we talked on the phone, we got my car into the shop. I had damage on the front drivers' end of my car and pre-existing damage on the rear quarter of the drivers' side as well. I filed a claim for both and they were able to get it done for me. The repair was lengthy due to insurance adjusters taking their time to appraise the damage, but the time was well worth it.

When I say they did an excellent job, I mean they went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. Lisa was extremely passionate about making sure I understood every aspect of what was happening and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Lisa also handled getting my rental and taking care of all the backend paperwork for me. Lisa also helped me get in touch with the insurance company that handled the client who initially hit me with the previous damage.

I have never been happier with a repair job in my life. Everyone that works there was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They were also able to get my insurance company to pay for OEM parts, which from my understanding, a lot of shops don't do.

I got my car back and it looks like it did when I drove it out of the showroom! I can see why they have a 5-star rating, with the amount of passion and energy they put into this job, they earned a 5 star from me as well. Kevin, their painter is a master of his craft and made sure everything was seamless and precise.

If you need any repairs done on your vehicle, make sure you contact them to get professional expert level work done. They go above and beyond with everything they do and have given me what I consider one of the best consumer experiences I have ever received in my life. I highly recommend them for any work that needs to be done. They set the standard for repair shops and every shop should strive to be as thorough and precise as Total Performance is. If I ever need any work done in the future, this will be where I go. They have earned my business as a repeat customer. Words cannot express how well they did and how much respect I have for them and their honesty with this job.
