Dr. Alex and Kimberly, were caring and welcoming! Dr. Alex took care & time with my intake. The treatments, are awesome. My pain is extensive and has been going on for well over 10 years. I am looking forward to my second appointment tomorrow evening! Thank you, Dr. Alex!

Went to torque today with back pain that I've had for almost a month. I can't say enough great things about torque. The listened to what was going on with me and quickly understood what I needed to relieve my pain. We did some exercises and then massage. It's been hours since my appointment and I can't get over how much better I feel.

I went to Torq with the hopes of putting my middle-aged body on the right track for strength & wellness. I was not injured but have had some joint problems in the past, so wanted to develop a program with a place that would be mindful of my vulnerabilities. They gave me a full & detailed evaluation, developed a full-body workout program for me, step-by-step on their state-of-the-art equipment, which allowed me to easily continue at Riverton Health & Fitness Gym. A couple months later I am down about 15 lbs, am feeling stronger and moving faster! Thanks Kim & Dr Alex! You guys are spectacular and highly recommend!

I've been to Torq now twice, once for an elbow injury and more recently for my back. Both times I was beyond impressed with Dr. Alex and Kim. They are dedicated professionals with great knowledge of the human body. The sessions are personal and effective, you can tell they really care for their patients. But just as important they give you stretches and exercises to do on your own that I've gotten amazing results from. I can't recommend them enough if you're dealing with a nagging injury or just need some workout advice.
