Top quality hair cut and color at a fraction of the price! For many years i would only go the the pricy and trendy hair salons until it became unaffordable. Till a friend told me about their relaxing wash and long lasting blowouts for a great price. i am SO THANKFUL to have found top cuts. I get my hair colored, highlighted, cut for a really fair price and results that match up to those more exclusive salons! they are so gentle that i leave feeling not only years younger with amazing hair but totally up zen!

Went there about a week ago and had a great experience! There were already 3 people when I went at opening time. Hair wash was so heavenly. My stylist didn’t speak English, but I had someone translate and showed a picture on my phone as well. He even took the time to dry and curl my hair for me. Prices are very generous - only $30 I believe!

Had my hair color at a different salon and it didn’t Turn out the way I wanted. Came here, told them what I wanted, they advised me what I can do and what can or cannot achieve with my hair and time. Had it done, turned out wonderful 🥰

My first time at this place. But won't be my last. The staff is super nice and friendly. They did an excellent job on my hair. They massage your head while washing your hair. That treatment along will make me come back. I'm super satisfied 😌

As you can see my blonde dry hair looked horrible. I came into Top Cut hair Salon in hopes for a gray dye from mid hair down. My hair was bleached to a very dark blonde from previous salon in NY. However Danny was present with a photo of gray hair dye and completely nailed it. The atmosphere was clean, organized and cozy. He took his time to explain the steps that I needed to have done in order to keep my hair healthy and stay with its color. Danny and her were patient and helpful. They also provided me with the True vibrant color (purple shampoo) to succeed in keeping the gray color. I was satisfied with the results! Thanks guys
