I was preparing to do some grout repairs on my walk-in shower enclosure when I realized this was more than I wanted to handle. It was early on a Saturday morning that I went searching online for help and came across the Tile Surgeon's listing on Angie's List and he was a neighbor. I called not expecting anyone to pick up, but Ralph did! We talked about the job and I asked him when he would be able to come over to give me an estimate, when he said in about an hour I almost fell out of my chair. The bottom line is that Ralph is a craftsman and did the work as promised for a very good price. We were completely satisfied and would highly recommend this company.
