Always a great experience. The staff is very nice. Dr. Dwyer is the best. He takes his time with you and he never rushes with me. He takes the time explain everything to you. He only recommends surgery as a last resort. I HIGHLY recommend Premier Orthopedics and Dr. Dwyer.

Dr. Dwyer and his staff were totally focused on getting me rehabilitated in the most effective way possible. I came to Premier Ortho for a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did because the experience here was much better than at the other office (which was recommended by my primary). Dr. Dwyer quickly and accurately assessed my condition and explained very clearly how it got to be that way. He then clearly explained the possible courses of action. Once we agreed on a treatment plan, he immediately gave me the cortisone injection (the other office wanted me to make another appointment just for the shot because they had a different doctor that does them and he might not even do it if he disagreed!) After that, I went to physical therapy. When I felt like I wasn't making enough progress, Dr Dwyer offered to make time to do an adjustment. He took the time to answer questions. If you want to spend as much time and money as possible, go somewhere else. If you want a no-nonsense treatment plan, see Dr. Dwyer. He would also do the surgery if needed (which I didn't), so you're not dealing with multiple doctors.

Very knowledgeable and methodical when diagnosing an issue in his area of expertise. Empathetic and concerned with patient's pain and issue. Not quick to jump right into surgery before exhausting all possible conservative alternatives/remedies. I highly recommend him especially for shoulder issues.
