I had the French dip, and my husband ordered a cheeseburger. The food was amazingly delicious and seasoned perfectly. Our service felt personal, and the atmosphere was intimate with the best playlist. Looking forward to your next meal.

A lot of upgrades over the original. I can't help but compare. From the start a now paved parking lot with marked spaces, no getting out and walking through a mud pit to walk in.
(Happenend once with the kids) a nice sectioned outdoor seating area. Cleaner, open feel. Not dark, dingy, smoke filled walls from the seventies. Food quality is excellent!!! a bit pricier but well worth it. I feel the Publick house tap selection was much better, catering a little more to the craft beer crowd. Also I preferred the booth seating much more for a little added privacy. I really don't like sharing a table and sitting with others unless it's for a party. All and all it's a solid place. A little off the beaten path of the "Newtown restaurant district" but offers so much more in terms of attentiveness and food quality.

This place has been recently renovated and was just waiting for us to wander in. Easy parking, quickly seated and pleasant service from Tara made a French dip sandwich stand out. I had sweet potato fries with mine and they were yummy. My companion and I should have shared. The sandwich was huge and we both ordered the same thing. Skip the cheesecake if you like creamy. Hard to believe I’m going to say reasonable at 56+tip for lunch for two but these are the times we live in when it seems so. Especially when a glass of beer and one of wine and one dessert is included.

The food and the service was great. Big servings and really delicious.

Update, we went back this weekend and had the chicken and waffles. It was awesome. Last time I had the breakfast burger and that was awesome. One of the people we went with had a cheese steak and said it was the best he ever had 😳.

Stopped in for a bite while waiting for baseball practice to end. We decided to sit outside, there was plenty of seating available, the waiter was attentive enough to us even though we were outside. We just had a couple appetizers but they were both really good. Will definitely eat here again, looking forward to trying some of their entrees.
