I was looking for alterations for my wedding gown that was closer to home. The Right Fit came highly recommended from a couple friends and acquaintances. From the moment I walked in, I felt valued as a customer. My dress was a ballgown and needed a serious hem, a bustle, cups added and to be taken in. I also requested my cathedral veil to be bustled and I brought my rehearsal dress too. Every alteration was perfect! I felt so beautiful and confident in my wedding gown! The Right Fit was suggested to me for alterations by my bridal salon in Cape May and I am so happy with how my dress turned out! I had to have the shoulders tightened, dress hemmed and, of course, the bustle done. I had a ball gown dress with 5 layers of fabric plus a thick layer of horse hair that made the bustle a puzzle to figure out. Debbie did a wonderful (if not magical) job!! The whole experience was great. She was easy to work with and more than accommodating coming in early the day before my wedding, so I did not have to carry my dress out in the rain a couple days before. The whole staff is outstanding! My bustle lasted all night even with my excessive dancing. My straps never fell. I’m so happy with how my dress turned out! I came to Debbie with my wedding dress that was literally 3 sizes too big on me. With the way the seams were in my dress, it was a project to say the least. The alterations had to be so carefully done to make sure that nothing was out of line. I had a plain white satin dress, so every stitch you could see. Debbie worked magic on my dress and altered it to absolute perfection! There is no one else I would trust more with something so important. She is truly so talented and skilled and knows exactly what she is doing. She goes out of her way to make sure that you are taken care of and truly cares about each and every customer.
