Jared, the oxygen team lead helped me out over the weekend when we had an urgent need for an oxygen concentrator. Jared was extremly professional, provided clear guidance for doctors prescription and was able to remotely guide his team members to help me out on a saturday. He went above and beyond to help my family out. Jared followed up the next day to check on how things went and he cared about how my family member was doing. In today's day and age, there are very less people in this world who care about people after a sale is done. Few days later, I called and offered to buy lunch for Jared and his team. He appreciated that and politely refused. This is a great team of people that provide customer service above and beyond. Thank you again Jared, Kate and others who helped us out.
