I have a stigmatism in both of my eyes. Before I went to The Optical Shoppe not once did anyone get my prescription right- especially, the bifocals in the lenses; even after repeatedly going back trying to get it fixed.
It took one visit for the staff of The Optical Shoppe to get it right. Since then I’ve been a loyal customer.
They know me by name, give honest opinion, and explain everything no one else ever had before.
I would recommend this family owned business a hundred times over.

I had an appointment today for and eye exam. The place is very nice & clean and easy to find. The people were friendly and I got there around 1 pm and was checked in right away and then was told to have a seat and the doctor would be right with me. I think I waited about 10 minutes then was called back for the exam. Dr. Monica Kennedy was very nice and went through the exam and she explained everything to me and also answered any questions I asked. Upon finishing I made another appointment for a year from now. I am very satisfied with The Optical Shoppe.

The absolute BEST customer service. They helped me get glasses for my Mom who can’t get out. They worked out how to get her very old script & reorder her frames so that my Mom can see again. They truly have the best employees and care about their customers. Everyone went above & beyond to help us resolve a difficult situation. I HIGHLY recommend them. Honest, helpful and dependable. Terrific experience that we will forever be grateful to them for providing.

After many years of going to the same eye Dr this year I finally felt that it was time to go elsewhere. I am so happy that I found The Optical Shoppe!! Everyone was So awesome, the exam much better and more involved than I was used to and found out that the contacts that I had previously been getting would be 1/2 the cost!!! Couldn't be happier!! This business is where you should go if looking for eyeglasses. The staff treats all with friendly and courteous service. Owner Jamie Sharon Holden goes out of way to call insurance companies to ensure she gives you the best price possible. She is hands on if wanted when picking out frames, which I appreciate. I’ve had three pairs of glasses which I love that she had picked out for me. I won’t go anywhere else.
