The Nackord Karate System

Nackord Karate is the BEST. They give attentive attention to each child making them feel special and confident. My daughter Sadie is now OBSESSED and wants to go everyday. Great instilling the fundamentals for self control, self defense, and respect.

My daughter started karate at Nackord Karate System last September. As I watched her learn and work, I noted how patient, knowledgeable, and friendly the instructors were. I also noted how much fun she was having! It gave me the courage to start my own training at the age of 41! For the last 10 months, we have progressed so much in our knowledge and application of the art. I love how the school teaches both traditional kenpo martial arts and practical self defense. I cannot iterate enough how FANTASTIC all of the instructors are. My daughter and I have always felt completely welcome, accepted, supported, and encouraged here. We couldn't ask for a better school family to be a part of!

Nackord Karate is a fantastic outfit. All students receive instruction from black belts whether the student is 4 years old or 74 years old. I started with Nackord because my son was attending kids karate. The school is great for people both physically and mentally and advances people at many levels. Making rank is tough and is awarded to those to go to class and stick with it. The instructors are some of the nicest people around and are great at helping people set goals and meet them. I found the program and people around it to be very motivational. Again, fantastic school. Kiai!

We LOVE Nackord Karate! My daughter is now 11 yrs old and has been attending about 1 year and completely loves it. All of the instructors are excellent and truly teach their motto that strength comes in many forms. Personal development in addition to the technical skills of martial arts are taught at such a wide range of levels - it is a truly great place to learn!

I’ve been training there for 28 years. It’s a great environment and I’ve made many good friends. There are always many skilled instructors around to help students. The focus is Kenpo karate and kickboxing for practical use and it’s also a great way to stay in shape, learn and challenge your mind. The Nackord school has great lineage; Dennis Nackord himself, as well as other affiliated internationally respected martial artists.
