The CPAP Shop

I was happy to find a quality CPAP supply store only a few miles from my home. I was immediately greeted by someone who understood exactly what I was looking for and took care of me in a matter of a few minutes. Her friendly, courteous service and an over all pleasant experience have assured I will be a regular customer here.

After flying into Philly and driving into NJ we found my wife's CPAP was missing a critical part that rendered the CPAP inoperable. After a stressful night's "sleep" we did some research and found The CPAP Shop in West Berlin had what we were looking for.

Kaitlin was great! She greeted us warmly and helped us get what we needed to get the machine up and running. She was actually more happy than we were that the situation was resolved. Her cheerful demeanor and assistance was tremendous blessing to us. Not only are we grateful for her help but we are truly thankful for the restful sleep we both had that night.

Thank you Kaitlin. Because of you, we got what we needed along with peace of mind at The CPAP Shop in West Berlin.

***EDIT..I'm adding to my review and though I believe open items can't be returned should be in bold print, I was wrong..however..I'll leave my original review up because I own my mistakes..with that said I became rude and disrespectful to Maritza (customer service) once I found out I couldn't return the items I had ordered by mistake. I took my frustrations out on her even though I knew she wasn't the one who created the return policy, but I was rude/disrespectful nonetheless.

Instead of reacting in an unprofessional way to my behavior (which she could've) Maritza was extremely professional and got the situation under control by establishing respect on my part before she tried to help me. Long story short she was able to get me a partial refund on the items I couldn't return (they were opened) and offer me a discount on the correct items I should've purchased to begin with.

Here I was reminded that kindness can go along way, but no matter what..being rude and disrespectful will not..

Purchased what I thought was the correct replacement mask but only to find out it was bigger than the one I had. Since I already had the frame & elbow I only needed the mask cushion. The problem here is that they will neither exchange or refund me for the incorrect size mask because the bag it came in was opened. It's as if they expected me to take the unopened mask while in the bag and put it over my face to see if it was the correct fit.

This has to be the absolute worst business practice Ive ever heard of to not refund or exchange a customer's purchase..I see now that it's in their return policy that if it's opened it cannot be returned. Fine..but the average person doesn't read the return policy prior to making a purchase. Had this been in bold print I would've taken my business elsewhere..so now I'm left with a brand new mask cushion that's of no use to me whatsoever and cannot get my money back..unreal
