Had a great experience training with Ryan over my winter break. Whether you’re a young athlete or going into your last semester of college rugby like myself, there is something for everyone to gain from his speed sessions. There is no guessing with Ryan’s training programs. Everything is constantly measured, analyzed, and improved on. Most importantly it’s a fun training environment for anyone.
I love training with Ryan! Takeover sports has never failed me and Ryan has helped me get to where I am today at Bryant University playing division 1 softball. I highly recommend Takeover Sports and Ryan for all of your training needs!

I have been taking adult fitness classes with Ryan for years and I cannot recommend him and his gym enough. I am not really an athletic person who loves to work out, but I was overweight and looking for a gym that would help me become healthier. I have tried different gyms, diets, programs, etc. for years and Ryan’s gym is the only thing that’s worked. Before going to Ryan’s gym, I always felt anxiety working out around people. Within less than a year I lost 70lbs only going to classes 2-3 times a week! Ryan’s classes are fun, motivating, and no judgment. I’ve never felt pressure from him to do more than I was capable of but at the same time he is great at motivating me to keep going when I don’t always want to. He tailors his training approach to each client and figures out what motivates him/ her and understands fitness is not a “one size fits all” approach. I have no idea how he remembers these specific details about each of his clients, but he really does, and it’s why he’s an amazing trainer. Ryan has always worked with me, whether it was changing specific exercises to accommodate my capabilities or even scheduling issues. Ryan really cares about his clients and you can tell he’s not just out to take your money. He wants you to succeed and his training approach is compassionate and kind. He explains each exercise and why it’s important/ how it will help. He is beyond knowledgeable about how the body works and is always out to learn new and updated info. I really admire that he’s always trying to learn and become better. I really cannot say better things about him and his gym. I am so thankful that I met him and for everything he’s done to change my life.
Takeover Sports offers wonderful individualized training sessions! Ryan does a great job catering to athletes’ needs, in terms of injury recovery/prevention!
They also provide a group speed training program that does a phenomenal job that teaches proper running form and helps the athlete improve speed.
I highly recommend Takeover Sports. He has been helping my daughter tremendously!
