Supreme Body Training

I had never been to SBT. I always get anxious prior to starting something new especially fitness classes, and immediately upon my entry, the facility was welcoming, personal, and impressive. Don gave me exercises specifically catered to my goals and what would push me past my limits in order to succeed. I was so pleased with the friendliness and workout and I recommend to all! :)

So I decided to get back in the saddle! Yup! Taking better care of me. I made an appointment with Mark to find out what the gym had to offer. The information was informative. I felt like the various plans offered would help me reach my goal of overall better fitness. I was nervous during my 1 st class. Tim showed me how to complete each station. I’m hooked!

SBT is the place to be. They have elevated both my physical and mental strength by providing me with a set program from both my mental and physical health. The owner Mark and my trainer Don are always helpful and personable. Because of Don i have been able to increase my muscle mass significantly and lost almost 30 lbs. I am the strongest i have ever been. The gym is always energetic and impeccably clean. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Starting to workout and train at Supreme Body Training in Sewell has been a life-changing experience for me. I have struggled with knee issues, shoulder issues, and lower back issues, so I was never was able to get into a good workout groove (without hurting myself) until I started training with Donald.

When I started, I could barely do a pushup, could not do a squat or a lunge at all – true story. He taught me proper form and technique in performing all my exercises, has challenged me in ways I would have never been able to do working out on my own, all the while being supportive and encouraging.

Fast forward almost 2 years ….
I’m eating healthy, working out consistently, feel wonderful, and have seen results I am proud of. Training with Donald has helped me understand my body better, and to be okay with my own physical limits. He's been educating me about nutrition and how to properly fuel my body with good food. He's also structured my workouts accordingly, so that it my goals are totally achievable if I DO THE WORK! Oh….and did I mention he makes it FUN? I am healthier at 55 than I have ever been, and grateful to be a part of the Supreme Body family.

Supreme Body Training has super encouraging, highly skilled trainers who listen carefully and pay close attention to personal needs and individual goals. I HIGHLY recommend!
