Sunrise of Lower Makefield

In my opinion, Sunrise LM is the best community around and I am super particular and choosey! I'ver had my friend in 3 other communities before I chose to place her here and finally, she is thriving and it has everything to do with the quality of care in this environment. My friend has both physical and cognitive issues that need to be attended to and the staff are definitely up to the challenge. The level of the medical care, physical and occupational therapy, custodial care, activities and administrative customer service is of the highest quality. The staff have earned my trust and that allows me to relax and sleep well at night without worrying about whether my friend is being cared for properly. I visit my friend regularly and every time is a pleasant experience. Not only is it a beautiful, modern, well equipped, comfortable campus, I can see that every single resident is treated with dignity and respect. My friend's room is lovely, well maintained and comfortable and the food is excellent (I've eaten here myself). If and when you need to find a trustworthy community for your loved one, do not hesitate to check out Sunrise LM for yourself. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff of this Community - I love each and every one of them.

I don't think there could be any more difficult decision for someone to make than to move their loved one from their home and place them in the care of 'strangers.' And yet, the more time I spend with my mother and the staff at Sunrise the more assured I am that we made the right decision. My mother is surrounded by interested, caring, genuine, and loving caretakers who go out of their way to ensure she is not only cared for, but who are personally invested in her. Prior to my experience at Sunrise, I had no idea that such extraordinary people existed.

As a result of medical conditions for both my Mom and Dad, we've cycled through a number of different long-term care facilities for my parents over the past ~16 months. So we can say from experience with multiple places that Sunrise of Lower Makefield is by far the best. Everyone we've dealt with at Sunrise has been compassionate and also competent, attentive, and responsive--truly professional and on top of their game. Especially the communication and responsiveness has been outstanding. Nobody can get everything perfect but WOW Sunrise is so much better than the others. Can't recommend them enough.

Sunrise of Lower Makefield is a beautiful place where people can feel very comfortable when their loved ones need professional care. The atmosphere is bright and clean and lovely. Besides the beauty, the staff is terrific and from what I've seen, they are very caring and they seem to be happy in their work. The residents are all clean and nicely groomed, and THEY also seem very happy. There is so much for them to do. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of LM, if there are available funds. Once you've toured the facility and spend some time with the management, you'll almost surely want to place your loved once in such a special place.
