As an out-of-town visitor, my vehicle had a really bad breakdown in Philly (broken ball joint & damaged cv axle). I called Sunrise Auto Services, had the vehicle towed to their shop, and fortunately was able to pick it up on the next day. The front desk person was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained in detail what went wrong with the vehicle, even sent pictures of the areas afterward.
Good experience and good service, for which I am truly thankful.

I don’t normally do reviews but I was impressed with the professionalism of Tung. (Hope I’m spelling his name right) He took his time and explained the issue I was having with the ac of my car. Usually people get annoyed, I don’t know why, but he was patient. I highly appreciate how well he managed the front desk. I definitely recommend this spot!
