Strawbridge Lake Park

Nice place for a walk or bike ride along curvy path or road by Strawbridge lake with pretty water views. Playground, picnic tables, portapotty, trees, gazebo, benches. Well maintained. Great for relaxing and enjoying nature not far from reality.

My fiance and I recently started taking our son to Haines Park & love visiting the lake. It's a beautiful view & our little guy loves it here and the fact there is a portable restroom is an added bonus.

01/2023: There are many new benches and kayak launch docks installed along the lake. Bravo !🙌

10/23/2020 update: Now with the new walkway built by the lake on Haines Drive and some board paths put on the trail across the Water Woods, it’s very safe to enjoy walk by the lake on both sides.

Beautiful lake to walk around, watch geese strolling by the lake or swimming in it, fish and kayak...it would be perfect if there were walking trails around!

There is a short trail on another side of the lake thru Kings Hwy, but the area by a small pond is quite muddy, bushy and slippery. Use caution when you walk down there.

It's a nice and clean small park for casual jogging and walking. There are small parking areas which are generally free. You can walk by the side of the lake which is by the side of rt 38. You cannot have picnic as there are no tables but there are chairs
