I have been working with Barbara on Regulatory affairs projects (infant formula and health foods) for a year and a half and it has been an absolute pleasure to work with her. She is an expert you can count on thanks to her expertise and thoroughness in exploring subject matters, coupled with outstanding communication skills. I had Barbara do a session with my 17 year old son who wanted to create a "meal plan" to go along with his exercise routine. His goal was to gain muscle. Barbara was so knowledgeable, communicative, and responsive. We had an initial meeting so she could learn more about him and his goals. Based on all of the information we gave her, she met with him and thoroughly explained everything and gave a very comprehensive list of foods to choose from for meals and snacks. She even had a follow up session to allow him time to ask/clarify questions he had. He is very excited to continue with his goals. Now, with Barbara 's guidance, he has the knowledge for long term success and results!!

Excellent writing and researching skills. She was extremely knowledgeable on diet and nutrition. She provided a lot of background and explanations for information we were new. She communicated often and provided several drafts before completing the final report so we had time to align on expectations. I would recommend working with her and would hire her again in the future!

Barbara was my personal gestational diabetes coach during my pregnancy and I was able to avoid taking insulin. She advised me on which foods to eat, how much and when to eat. I was able to keep my blood sugar levels within the normal range and now have a healthy baby boy. She is easy to work with and I would highly recommend her.
