Erika is the BEST!!!

I had an months long issue with an erroneous fee on my monthly bill and could not get it resolved. I called and finally got Erica. She stayed on the phone with me for what seemed like an hour. She took the time to hear me out and see the problem I was having. She did her utmost best to resolve the problem and I am more than grateful for her assistance. If I were able, I'd give 10 stars and recommendation her for a huge raise.

I have been a resident at Steward's Crossing in Lawrenceville, NJ, for 12 years. During that time, Erica Bell has been the Resident Manager. She is an invaluable member of the community for the following reasons:
Her excellence in problem solving for the renter; she is calm, knowledgeable, and completely reliable.
Her outstanding expertise in managing the office and the numerous issues that arise daily.
Her dedication to high standards for the overall management of Steward's Crossing.
Her true care for each resident, and her excellent sense of humor.
Erica is dedicated to the highest standards of professionalism, and always reliable in handling the specifics of each resident issue. She is an excellent problem solver, and always finds a way to work clearly, knowledgeably, and diplomatically with each individual resident.

We toured Steward’s Crossing recently and the complex was lovely. It was quiet, safe, and very well maintained. However, the staff was truly the best part! We worked with Erica. She was personable, professional, and knowledgeable! She had some truly amazing customer service! I would highly recommend her and this complex to anyone looking in the area!

Stewards Crossing is such an amazing place. The neighborhood is quiet & very clean. The apartments look nice. Jazmine provided a wonderful assistance during my tour. She was very helpful and was able to answer any questions and concerns right away. The employees are very professional and understanding.

Stewards Crossing is a very calm, caring, and safe place. The main thing I want to talk about is the staff. Eric the maintenance manager is very caring and wants to make sure everyone is safe and everything is working in their apartment. Roxana the leasing manager is very personable and caring, and is very easygoing and says everything is ok and don’t worry about it. Finally, there is Jasmine who works at the front desk. She takes the calls, answers general questions, and shows new people around. There are many other things I’m sure she does too. Jasmine is a very caring person, and very hardworking. There is always emails and calls she is getting while I may be sitting in front of her, and she makes it well known that I am the most important thing and focuses on me instead of saying excuse me and taking the call. She is very hardworking always doing 10 things at once. She is also very soft spoken and makes you feel important and cared about. I can not recommend this place enough.

Once again, one of the best things about this place is the staff. Eric, Roxana, and Jasmine are the best and what makes Stewards Crossing the humble and quaint place that it is.
