My 12 year old son takes the adolescent work out classes and they are AMAZING. He is soaking up so much knowledge and loves all he is learning in class. Proper form, great core workouts and group training. He is thriving in the environment and looks forward to each class. Facilities are A++. I wish I had this type of training early on in life! Outstanding job to the consummate professionals at Stellar Athletics.

5/5 stars is simply not enough to give Stellar Athletics. Since leaving a big box gym and joining Stellar, I’ve lost nearly 40 pounds within 5 months and have gained a considerable amount of muscle. The trainers and staff have treated me like family on my journey to get in shape and healthy. I couldn’t thank them enough for what this gym has done for me.

Stellar is a place for all serious individuals who want to physically better and challenge themselves, whether you be an athlete or a regular 9 to 5 professional like myself. Don’t waste your time with those other gyms and join now!

I have been training with Stellar Athletics/Carefree Living since day one. Trainers Mike, Shane and Keri are amazing at what they do. They are 100% dedicated to my physical as well as mental wellness. Coach Keri takes the time to adjust my workouts to focus on my goals and make sure I don’t get hurt or injure myself which is my biggest concern. I have been working out for 16 years and I can honestly say that Stellar Athletics is above and beyond any other gym. They focus on you at all times correcting bad form and maximizing your workout for the best results. Thank you Stellar......you guys are the best!!

I've been training with Krista for a year now and absolutely love it! We recently moved our sessions to Stellar Athletics, which has been great. Their facility offers endless opportunities for various workouts. No two workouts are ever the same.

I am a mom of two girls ages 10 and 6. I was very specific with what I was looking for regarding personal trainer. KERI was perfect for me. Being a mom herself, she understood what I need. She was able to customize our program based on what I need, my strengths and my not so strong parts.
