Pros - staff is loving, caring, has personal relationships with clients. Dad loved Penny and rehab, Beverly gave us her cell phone number to keep up with Dad's care, Stephanie made sure Dad was comfortable. Aides really shined.
Cons - He had one fall in the shower and 2 due to his condition. More staff needed for personalized care and enrichment.
Facility is outdated. Dirty laundy stays in the hall too long. Alot of Dad's clothes went missing.
