From the time of my initial phone call that gave background tied to my dental need, all the way through my initial office visit to complete background data on me, and down to my initial dental consult appointment, and my meeting the dentist himself, I knew that my overall dental need(s) would be well taken care of by Dr. Graulich and his professional staff. That first-visit provided an overview of my dental needs - and a next-visit was added to his Schedule and to my own Calendar.

A very clean facility….upon entering you are greeted by Ellen. They have friendly and professional staff. I am a new patient and with my second appointment thus far I am pleased. The hygienist Vicky was so informative and thorough with her care. Dr Graulich with my brief interaction upon assessing my teeth was friendly and also professional. They are the best! Friendly staff, great and thorough hygienist, and Dr. Graulich is personable, but very businesslike and serious about making sure your teeth are taken care of. They don’t encourage unnecessary procedures. I like them a lot.

Dr. Graulich and the hygienists are very capable and friendly. The Dr. diagnosed a very tricky 'bridge gone wrong' situation and helped me rectify the situation. It's the team at the front desk, though, that makes the difference. They are willing to work with you on the money end of things and are straight shooters as to how much everything is going to cost in addition to being super friendly. It's always a delight to come to Spring House Family Dentistry.
