This has been the best moving experience I've ever had as I've moved multiple times in the past 20 years. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and friendly and have answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner! When you spot the owner, Bryan H. working hands on in the buildings, you know you are moving into a quality property with people who truly care! Thank you again!!

We have not rented for 50 years! So we were a little apprehensive. However, living here in Mainland pointe has been an extreme pleasure! The apartment is lovely with a lot of upgrades that we did not expect. The staff is extremely helpful. Cindy and Ashley in the office and Mike and Ed from maintenance are phenomenal!

I have lived here for close to 5 years. They respond to repairs same day or next day. Maintenance staff are friendly. The grounds are kept clean. They are in the process of upgrading the apartments. My only concern is the escalating rent.
