We first looked at spas with Robert and then finished the sale later with Ryan. Both gentlemen were awesome - knowledgeable, professional, low-key, and friendly. We love our hot tub and the follow up with Ryan has been super. We’ve had our water tested and purchased chemicals for the spa with no issues and Ryan is great at ‘hooking you up’ if you need anything! Great service after the sale! Kudos! This review is way overdue, but well deserved. We purchased a Bullfrog A7L from here in Jan of 2020. Luckily, it arrived 8 weeks later just before the Covid lock downs. Its been almost 3 years and we love our spa. Ryan was a terrific salesman, very helpful and courteous. The owner was professional and considerate. He took the time to examine our deck for weight and structure integrity. The delivery men did a fantastic job at installation. We've enjoyed using our hot tub nearly every week since, and never had an issue. We highly recommend both The Bullfrog A7L and Spa Hearth & Home to anyone considering a hot tub purchase.
