The people. I've noticed in the past that the delivery schedule I was given, didn't always match up with when I actually received my replenishment. My Culligan man, Shawn Green, does a fantastic job of sending me reminders to confirm whether I need water. I also have Shawn as our delivery person for my company. Whenever we have cooler issues, Shawn is right on it and will bring in a new unit to swap out. Shawn's open line of communication sets him apart from the rest.
